This page explains what information Mozini Gifts collects and how we use it.

Who Controls Your Information

Mozini Gifts, Digital Shopping Mall, stall F27, Nairobi, decides how the information on this website is used.

Your name, email address and phone number, the gifts you order, your card message and your delivery or collection choice.

For deliveries we also collect the recipient's name, phone number and address details, only to deliver the gift.

We use your details to take payment, prepare your order and arrange delivery or collection.

We process your details to carry out your order, to meet legal duties and, for marketing emails, only with your consent.

Payments are processed by Paystack. We do not see or store your full card details or your M-Pesa PIN.

We share only what is needed with the people and services that help us deliver orders and send emails.

We only send gift ideas and offers if you tick the box at checkout. It is unticked by default.

Your bag and saved gifts are kept in your own browser so they are still there when you come back.

Some of our service providers, such as our website host and payment provider, may store data outside Kenya.

We keep order records for as long as we need them for the order, our accounts and the law.

This website uses a secure connection (HTTPS), and only Mozini staff can see order details.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us.

Our website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
